Guo Wei met with Seah Boon Meng, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Singapore MRT.

On October 20, Mr. Guo Wei, General Manager of China Railway International, held a meeting with Mr. Seah Boon Meng, Chairman of the Board of Directors of MRT Singapore. Two sides carried out in-depth exchanges and reached a broad consensus on the promotion of joint cooperation projects.

Guo Wei expressed his sincere welcome to the visit of Mr. Seah Boon Meng and his delegation, and briefly introduced the history of China Railway, its overseas layout, its advantageous fields and its business in Singapore. He said that the cooperation between China Railway and Singapore Metro is complementary and mutually beneficial, and CRIG will give full play to its industry chain advantages and professional strength in railroad construction, rail transit and other infrastructure fields. CRIG will continue to deepen the all-round and multi-disciplinary practical cooperation with Singapore Metro, and jointly push forward the relevant urban rail transit projects to make new progress.

Mr. Seah Boon Meng expressed his gratitude to China Railway International for its warm reception. He highly appreciated the achievements made by China Railway in the field of infrastructure, especially in railroad construction and rail transportation. He briefly introduced the basic situation of MRT Singapore. He hoped that both sides would give full play to their respective advantages and promote the implementation of cooperation projects in various fields.

Before the meeting, Mr. Seah Boon Meng visited China Railway "Pioneer" Cultural Exhibition Hall.
